This website
- There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking cookies.
- The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare handles each request, including your IP address, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The tools
- Bone Atlas, World Capitals and Muscle Atlas save your progress (scores and settings) in your own browser's storage. It never leaves your device, and clearing this site's data in your browser deletes it.
- The tools load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load.
- Voice commands are off unless you turn them on. They use your browser's built-in speech recognition, which may send the audio to your browser's maker (for example Google in Chrome) to turn it into text. This site never receives the audio.
Project Knight and Google user data
Project Knight shows my own fitness stats. A small app called Project Knight sync reads my own data from the Google Health API (recorded by my Fitbit) twice a day.
- Whose data: only mine. It accesses my own Google account and no one else's. It never accesses, collects or stores data from visitors or any other Google user.
- What it reads: daily steps, Active Zone Minutes, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and sleep (including sleep stages). Access is read-only.
- How it's used: turned into the summary stats and charts on the Project Knight page, and stored with this website's files.
- Sharing: the data is not sold, shared with anyone else, used for advertising or used to train AI models. It is shown publicly on Project Knight only because it is my own data and I chose to publish it.
- Apple Watch: stats from October 2024 to July 2026 come from a one-time export of my own Apple Health data. Only the daily figures shown on Project Knight were kept.
- Toggl Track: once a day, the site saves the total time I tracked in Toggl Track each day. Project names, descriptions and individual entries are never saved.
- Turning it off: access can be removed at any time from the Google account's third-party access page.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
